Victoria Gorbich

Violinist Victoria Gorbich was born and raised in Russia. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the Ural State Music Conservatory, Ekaterinburg, Russia, and doctoral degree in Music Performance from Arizona State University.

As an active chamber musician, she was a member of several ensembles including Herberger String Quartet. Victoria was invited as a guest concertmaster with numerous orchestras in Russia, USA, and toured to Israel as a soloist with the Ekaterinburg Theatre of Music Comedy Orchestra.

Victoria co-founded the Kat Trio with her husband Vladislav in Ekaterinburg in 1998. The Trio first toured the US in 2000.
